The fresh start of the new school year brings the chance to start something new in the studio too. This year, my practice incentive program is called "Welcome to the Pond". As students execute assigned repertoire, scales, and theory work, they earn credits towards Rubber Duckies (you know, those cute little things from OTC). Six credits earns the Duckie of their choice and a sticker in their studio "nest". The reception for this program has already exceeded my expectations. Even my older students are "all quacked up" about it. What do you have going for this year? Maybe some of our products can add fun to your studio too.
